After giving it a few wondering thoughts, I decided to make beef pasta. I normally use the processed sauce that comes in tins or bottles and mix ingredients to my taste.
Initially boil the pasta till it becomes soft, drain and set it aside
Then put the minced beef, salt, turmeric in a fry pan and toss it till the pink colour goes away and it drains completely
Add the sliced onion and saute in oil till it becomes gold brown. Add the chilly powder, pepper, oregano, salt and tomato puree and mix properly. Add water if necessary. Bring it to boil and add beef. Let the sauce simmer for about 10 mins and then you are done. You need to check if the sauce is water slightly as it happened to me as shown in the picture.
Serve by pouring the sauce over the pasta and enjoy!
