If the iPhone 5s / iPhone 6 has a 5″ screen with the same form factor it will be off track from design point of view. With all mobile devices have great designs, Apple has not returned from their 2 year old design.
The reason the dual core A6 / A7 is a match for the quad processor on the S3 / S4 is because the iOS is particularly created, designed for the hardware, unlike the Android for different mobile devices.
