When your Computer/laptop does not wake from sleep or hibernate mode and a search reveals solutions such as
- Check for windows update
- In Windows, search for and open the Device Manager.
Click the arrow next to Keyboards, and then double-click the name of your keyboard. - Click the Power management tab.
If the Power Management tab is not available, click the Change Settings button. The same Keyboard Properties window opens with the Power Management tab available.
If you are prompted for an Administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
Select the box next to Allow this device to wake the computer. - Update device drivers
and so on and so forth
Your solution should be to
Open the power options > Edit plan settings
Click Change advanced power settings
and in the window scroll down to Hibernate after>
and On battery set the minutes to your desired number, here its set to 1440 minutes which is 24 hours. Once the time limit crosses 1440 minutes the computer hibernates and can woken up by pressing the power button
