You will require Windows 10 Professional to activate bitlocker. If you cannot activate boot time PIN, then
Win Key + R
enter gpedit.msc -> press enter
Navigate to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > BitLocker Drive Encryption > Operating System Drives and on the right Require additional authentication at startup.
Setup as shown below
Close the above screen. Click win key + S and enter Manage Bitlocker
Click on Change how drive is unlocked at startup.
You will be presented with the second screen.
Click on Enter a PIN.
Restart the computer and enter PIN to boot
