After installing CUDA, if you are still getting this error, when you run import tensorflow as tf W tensorflow/stream_executor/platform/default/dso_loader.cc:60] Could not load dynamic library ‘cudart64_110.dll’; dlerror: cudart64_110.dll not found or I tensorflow/stream_executor/cuda/cudart_stub.cc:29] Ignore above cudart dlerror if you do not have a GPU set up on your machine. If you receive the error “module numpy has no attribute array” when you run a python code then you would probably have a file “NUMPY.PY” or the .py file you are trying to compile and run would be named “NUMPY.PY“. Rename “NYMPY.PY” and it should work fine.
