There’s a Lenin statue in Fremont, Washington!

Taken from Slovakia after the Soviet Union fell, the 16 foot tall statue was rescued from the junkyard by a now deceased American entrepreneur and loaned to the city by his family after his death.

  1. Wow this a pretty interesting fact. I could have never imagined a statue of the precursor of the Red Threat in one of the US’s most important cities.
