You will need really good ripe avocado for this dish.
And of course bread (multi grain bread and one inch thick is best)
Toast the bread in a pan with olive oil and set aside.
Fry the tomatoes with black pepper in olive oil and set aside.
Mash two medium avocados with about 2 tbsp of lemon juice.
Spread on toast, add egg, tomato and chilly flakes.
