Leftover rice
Mix veggies with corn (I used frozen)
Egg (1 or 2)
Worcestershire sauce – 1-2tsp
Dark Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
Ginger
Garlic
Chilly (I used oriental chillies)
Olive oil
It’s better to use a sauce pan than a wok, the heat spreads evenly in a sauce pan.
Sauté ginger and garlic in a pan, then add the chilies.
Add rice and mix
Add Worcestershire and soy sauce
Mix well and let the rice fry properly
(I didn’t but if required) On the side of the sauce pan, prepare a scrambled egg and mix with rice.
Set aside the rice on a plate and sprinkle some coriander leaves.
Then pour some oil to the source pan and prepare a sunny side up egg on low heat. The sides of the egg should be fried, now place the egg on the rice.
Enjoy !!!
